Happiness on a plate, Mexican food !!!

My girlfriend Sabrina and I love Mexican food. We have to have just the right timing to get an oppurtunity to enjoy this delicious cuisine because her kids particularly don't like it. Our favorite Mexican restaurant is in Herculaneum, Mo and has some of the best fajitas around here and possibly north of the Mexican border. The meat is seasoned to perfection and all the veggies served with it are fresh. The rice and beans are as good as any I've ever had. Along with great food, the atmosphere is fun and interesting. The service is usually right on the money as well.
